You will see that many of our items have a stock tick next to them like this:
All items that have this tick are in stock with us and will be dispatched within 24 working hours of completed payment.
We also sell items that may be dispatched direct from our suppliers. Wherever possible this is the manufacturer themselves therefore we don't deal with middle men. This not only keeps the price down for our customers but it also means that should there be any problems we can act swiftly and effectively to solve them. The simple reason for using this option is they can hold a larger stock of these items than we can so the item you are looking for stands a larger chance of being in stock when you order, this means you should wait less time than us ordering the item from them, then us dispatching it to you. Plus this saves 2 lots of postage costs so by dispatching direct we can keep the prices lower for you the customer.
This is now becoming common practice on the internet but not many sites will tell you the truth that this is the case. We are a genuine business that holds genuine stock.
We do NOT pass any payment details onto our suppliers, our suppliers will receive our payment details not yours, we do however have to pass on your name and address details so they can send the items onto you. We believe that our customers should not receive any emails, letters or phonecalls from anyone but ourselves which of course there is an opt out procedure. We will email you when your item is dispatched and ask you to reply if you would like to receive our email or phone updates, simply reply to this email saying that you do not want to receive updates and we will respect this.
If you do receive any corespondance from our suppliers please let us know as soon as possible and we will address this with a matter of urgency
