Whilst we endeavour to stock a range of products in our shop we do rely on our suppliers stocking items that we have for sale on our website.
We use PayPal as our payment provider as they offer a secure and easy way for our customers to pay for their purchases. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay by credit and debit card by using PayPal
If we can't get the product that you have requested we will inform you of this as soon as we can and where ever possible we will try to offer you an alternative product.
In order to receive refunds, your order must be cancelled in writing within 7 days of receipt and all goods returned to us within 30 days. After 7 days of receipt the goods can be returned to us for vouchers, credit note or for other products. Goods returned for exchange, credit note or vouchers MUST be returned to us in the same condition you received them. Please also keep proof of postage.

Please allow up to 14 days for receipt of your order. We endeavour to deliver before this date but for certain items there may be an extra delay, we will keep you as informed as possible via the email address you provided and of course if you would like to ask us anything and require a quicker response then please contact us by phone.
Whilst we endeavour to send many of our items recorded delivery, we do send our items at as high a postage class as possible for the postage charged, however please do not expect to pay £1.00 for a large parcel to be special delivery. Postage prices are realistic, if we do over charge we will part refund the postal charges to the account you paid from.
