Q: Who are we ?
A: We are a family run business operating from Ammanford in South Wales, we believe our customers should be treated as we would like to be treated therefore we tried to make our site easy to read, informative and practical. We don't bite and are here to help so if you need us please feel free to email.
Q: Do we carry stock of all the items shown on your site ?
A:
Simple answer is no, the practical answer is that we do stock a wide range of baby products in varying sizes with accessories, if you require your item fast please tell us what product you would like and we will let you know what items we hold as stock and how long it will be before we can get your specific item. Some of our items are delivered direct from our suppliers therefore we may need to check their stock levels before advising on availablility. We sometimes ask our supplier to send the item straight to our customers, this saves time in sending the item to us, repackaging and then sending on to our customers.
Q:
How long is our despatch time ?
A: We post items out daily to our customers, if your item is in stock it should be despatched within 24 working hours of you placing your order. Items that need to be ordered will be advised approximate delivery date.
Q: How do you work out your postage costs ?
A: We work out our postage costs for Royal Mail prices, some of our items are large and need to be put into boxes, others are delicate or a strange shape and also need to be boxed to prevent damage whilst being delivered. We try to send our parcels out as high a standard as possible but we also don't want you spending too much money on postage, (it you pay £2 for a parcel it may only be 2nd class delivery), if you would like to upgrade the postal service please contact us for a price. If we over charge for a parcel by more than £1 we will refund the over charge. (if you pay £5 and it only costs £3.50 we will refund £1 to your account
Q: I live locally, can i pick the item up from you rather than wait for the post ?
A: If it is an item we hold as stock then yes, we sometimes dispatch direct from our supplier to save time in 2 lots of postage, however we can have them delivered to our premisies instead of yours if you wish. Please contact us to arrange a time to collect your items as we are not at our office for fixed hours, we will however do all we can to accomodate our customers
Q: What guarantee's do i get with buying from this site ?
A: All of our items are described as well as possible with the information given to us by our suppliers. Once you recieve your item you can return it for a full refund within 7 days so long as the item is unopened and returned in a satisfacory condition. If you do have any issues with any items you bought off this site please contact us and we will do all we can to help.
Q: What about your postage charges ?
A: Our postage charges are for UK delivery only, if you are outside the UK please contact us for a price, we have no problem in shipping to other countries however we would like to give you a price before you purchase as it makes things easier for all parties
