Refunds
If you are unhappy with any of the items you have bought from our on-line store you have 7 days in which to change your mind and we will be more than happy to refund the purchase price.
However, the goods and their original packaging must be returned in perfect condition within 21 days of purchase before refunds will be issued.
All refunds will be refunded to facility that the original payment was made.
If any of your items are faulty then please contact us at the earliest opportunity
so that we can arrange a replacement. Please note that certain items may have manufacturers guarantee but this is a return to base guarantee, therefore we cannot offer a replacment whilst your repair / replacment is being processed.
